Customer Terms & Conditions

1. All measurements, garment details, design instructions and condition of items have been checked and approved by the customer.
2. Once fabric or garment cutting and/or stitching has started, any customer-requested design, size or style change may incur additional charges.
3. Alterations and repairs depend on available seam allowance, fabric condition and original construction; exact results cannot always be guaranteed.
4. Dry-cleaning results depend on fabric, colour fastness, embellishments and stain age. Punjabi Threads is not responsible for pre-existing weakness, shrinkage, colour loss or damage hidden before cleaning.
5. Customers must inspect completed work at collection. Further changes outside the approved instructions may be charged separately.
6. Uncollected garments may be subject to storage charges after the notified collection period.
